PursuitSAFETY is a national nonprofit organization, 501(c)(3), operating solely through donations, with no paid staff.More than 90% of your financial tax-deductible donation goes to PursuitSAFETY's programs that help save lives. PursuitSAFETY’s Governing Board and Professional Advisory Board members do not receive compensation. Your donation is needed because it will allow us to do more in the areas of victims' advocacy and education. Your donation will help us increase our presence in the state and federal legislative process.
Annual Reports
A tax-deductible donation in any amount that is best for you may be made online or mailed to PursuitSAFETY's national office. Your personal information is safe and secure. We will never sell or share your information. We recognize names of donors on the website with the donors' permission.

Innocent Victims and Bereaved Family Members. PursuitSAFETY's Victims' Services provide assistance to injured, innocent victims and to bereaved families. People who have experienced the tragedy of pursuit provide unlimited time to give individuals and families the support they need. |

PursuitSAFETY's educational seminars and presentations. "Pull Over; Have No Regrets" informs young drivers that the consequences for pulling over are much less than what could happen if they flee. Air time during prime-time TV shows for our educational series of Public Service Announcements (PSAs). TV stations only run free PSAs late at night or early morning when they don’t have any paid spots. Because PursuitSAFETY is a 501(c)(3) organizations, we solicit individual TV stations to discount our cost or “donate” some prime newscast or programming air time to run our PSAs. This way it can be deducted as a donation to a charitable organization. |
